My passion for fitness and body building was born at the age of 19 (after saying goodbye to my first love, figure skating), when I started training I preferred weight training … I was in love with it. Shortly after, as a joke, my competitive career was born.

In 1996-1997 I obtained the diplomas with CONI and CSEN. I immediately start working as a bodybuilding instructor and music group lessons, at the same time I continued my training with retraining and master up to get a diploma as a certified Personal Trainer. In 1998-1999, my first, fun, amateur competitions in the Fitness category. At the same time I continued my training with retraining and masters.

In 2006-2007 there was an important turning point in my competitive career: entering the most prestigious federation: IFBB. My successes arrived in 2013, for which I enormously thank my former coaches: Cristiano Piscopo (until 2013), and Gianni Niro. (Until 2017).

The world of gyms and fitness in general had so fascinated me, that I felt it had become my “natural habitat”, so much so that I decided to invest my future working there too … with satisfaction today I can say that I have made my passion the my business.

The first step in order to create an individualised programme is subjects’ check up.

It includes

Fitnessplan & Packages

I will arrange your fitness plan: individualised programme in order to achieve your fixed goals. It will be changed every month, after assessing the progress achieved.

Training & Motivation

I will motivate you, driving you and your concentration towards the final results! To make every workout an incredible one we will train together! You will enjoy yourself as well as the workout! During your path, I will be always there for you!

Diet tips & Supplement

Your workout programme shall be accompanied by diet tips and supplements (if necessary).

A healthy and balanced diet, allow a good and perfect lifestyle, improve body composition and allow to be in good healthy they work in synergy in order to achieve goals and excellent results! If necessary(people with specific health conditions/diseases, hormonal or metabolic anomalies). The nutritional programme will be monitorated by specialised doctors and dieticians.
